I
went home for the weekend and finally saw the movie, London has Fallen, which is similar to Olympus has Fallen and White
House Down. I liked the ones based in America, so I was anxious to see what the one situated in another country was like. All of the movies deal
with terrorists and them planning and almost executing their plan to overtake a
city or kill a certain person. White House Down is a stand-alone movie,
but Olympus has Fallen was made first
and then London has Fallen was made
with the same characters as Olympus has
Fallen. None of the movies are rated
over than a 6.5/10 on IMDb, which is a pretty reliable source.
Movies
are all different to everyone, but I liked the action part of all the
movies. The part that stumped me was the
actuality of the movie and the events that are hard to believe could really
happen. With all of the terrorist
attacks happening around the world, some of the actions that happen in the
movie can be believable, but some are just so out there that it’s hard to
believe. But maybe we aren’t supposed to
think like that when watching movies. For
me, that is my biggest downfall of a movie watcher. I want everything to be realistic, even though
that isn’t possible. The movies' producers have to have such imaginative minds to make movies that are of this
genre. I think that the movie had great
action in it, but if it had been more realistic, it would have been liked more
by me and maybe more people.
