I thought it was a great film but also (after a couple years)
noticed that it was cheesy and in no way would it really change someone’s perception
of Christians. (except that we’re cheesy individuals) It’s great that Pure Flix
was trying to make a film about an atheist coming to Christ but I don’t think
that’s the way they should have gone about that. But there are other movies
like the Russell Crowe’s movie “Noah” that don’t get the biblical facts
correct. We need movies like “Son of God” or “The Passion of the Christ” (same biblical
story) that get basically the same story correct. The movie “Noah” has items in
the movie that didn’t happen in Genesis. Yes even movies like the Harry Potter
series of movies didn’t use all of the books material and added some, but this
is the BIBLE we’re talking about.
God’s Not Dead is a movie that looks good on paper (box
office numbers) but it wasn’t anything but aesthetically pleasing. *snap*

God's Not Dead is a little less cheesier than this pick up line... |
