The Emperor's New Groove

You ever watch a movie when you were younger and literally not see it for 10 years? 

So there we were, a dreary Friday, and we decide to watch The Emperor’s New Groove.   A movie that I had not seen, literally since I was 8.  I could be wrong, but it had to have been that long, if not longer since I had seen this movie.

I honestly couldn’t have told you the whole plot or storyline, before I watched it again on Friday, but I could tell you some of the characters or somethings like that. 

The best part about watching it though, was that I remembered.  Really, like this movie brought me back, like “oh I remember this, ” and it was hilarious! Like I understand why I enjoyed it when I was little, but even now I thought it was funny and just had a really good time watching it.

I think another reason I enjoyed it was that I actually understood the story, and I can’t tell you if I understood it or not when I watched it when I was younger, but just forgetting about the story and movie altogether while not having seen it in 10 years, I understood the story now that I’m more aware or whatever. 

So yeah, Emperor’s New Groove, good movie.
