Jontron is a huge youtuber who does comedic reviews of
hilariously bad movies and games. He has
over 2 million subscribers that support him and the videos he makes.
Four years ago he did a charity livestream for Teach For
America were people could donate if they wanted to. He made a promise that if everyone raised
over $25,000 he would make his very own rendition Katy Perry’s firework. Well the audience passed their goal and
Jontron finally delivered just earlier this year.
Another YouTube group called Schmoyoho helped Jontron record
the audio and helped him come up with his own lyrics. But what is more impressive is that he
reached out to over 20 talented animators to help him come up with a music
video. What really makes this video
impressive is how all of the animations fit together. They all seamlessly work together to make an
awesome artistic video. Each animator
has their own style that they animate in.
There is 3D animation and 2D animation in their own artistic styles. Even with all of the different styles, all
the animations feel like they belong together and fit in perfectly with the
song. This video looks like each of the
four years was well spent in making this video.
Yass!
