MichaelMcClellan Intro

Hello everyone, my name is Michael McClellan. I am a freshman with a Film Production major and a Theatre minor. I was born and raised in Indiana, and have always had an inclination toward film and story-telling. Some of my favorite films include, Lord of The Rings, Pan's Labyrinth, The Grand Budapest Hotel, and Treasure Planet. All of these stories have inspired me to follow this kind of art into a career, and hopefully share my passion with the world.

Other than working on films, I spend my time participating or helping out with Theatre. I got the bug when I was in middle school and did every show in school I could possibly do. I have been involved in over fifteen productions, with roles from supporting to lead and also participating in tech as well. In the mix of film and theatre, I find that I am really inclined toward telling stories and seeing what it means to be a story teller. I love both worlds of theatre and film, but would choose film because it gives me a greater range of stories to tell. If I'm not spending my time on those kinds of projects I will most likely be watching a movie or sleeping.
