"Wonderland"- Natalia Kills

Natalia Kills' mystical and seemingly inappropriate song "Wonderland" explains what love means if its not the stereotypical "true love" found in fairytales. (She says, "Who needs true love as long as you love me truly?") Even though she isn't in a fantasy story, her life if full of wonder and happiness, and she explains this throughout the song and also when she sings, "I don't believe in fairytales, but I believe in you and me." In the first verse she tells her beloved to not pretend to be something that he is not and she doesn't need (in this case a knight) because she loves him just the way he is. True love is not just something in fairytales like Cinderella, but its also the way you learn the wonder of life with someone you would never wish to change.
