Late Night Chats

The other night I was talking to a group of people. We started with simple conversation of how the female brain works and how the male brain is suppose to interpret things that go on with females. Pretty interesting conversation to have especially when you need to hear the opposite gender's perspective on a number of different things.

As the time crept later and later, the conversation started to drift towards more serious conversation. We became more invested and advising as what others in the group had to say. Before I knew it, some of us were sharing our stories. We talked our lives before coming to Huntington. It made me wonder, what had God intended to come of this night?

God has a plan for all of us and only challenges us with as much as he knows we can handle. At this point in time, God knew that we needed be together that night. He knew that we needed to talk of our stories and how we had ended up at Huntington. God knew that in those moments, late at night, we need the support from each other and the trust that each of us would be there to help if something bad ever happened.

That night, God shows his glory by bringing together a group of people who needed to support each other and some who need to tell their stories because they had held them inside for so long.
