The world presented in the section of "Telling the Truth" is presented in a way different to everyone depending on the point of view that you come from. In today's world, the gospel is presented in many different ways, and so far in the first part of the book, the pressure of presenting the gospel is greatly pressed on pastors and those who teach the gospel among the hierarchy of the church. Take it from a child's point of view however, as presented from one of Charles Schulz's strips here.
The world wants to be happy, but what if that was unattainable, what if all we have to do is try to keep from being unhappy. There is a difference between happiness and contentment, joy, and ultimately peace within the salvation of Christ our Lord.
