About Me
Hello, I'm Bronson Dye, a freshman in Animation for the DMA program. My passion is storytelling and I'm hoping to learn a lot of different techniques of presentation/animation/drawing/whatever to bring new tales and ideas to light with unique spins or original stories.
I have a myriad of interests (Read as "obsessions") and am almost always game to talk about them or similar subjects. I'm a huge Star wars and Lord of the Rings fan, and while I enjoy wide arranges of movies and books, my heart lies in Sci Fi or Fantasy Adventure. Laser guns, space ships and dragons are just awesome, end of story.
Which is a transition to my next point of some hobbies I love. I am an avid Dungeons and Dragons player and will pick up a game of at basically any oppurtunity. Not just DnD but other tabletop games as well, such as Fate or 13th Age. I love these games for the bonding they bring with the other players, the flavorful worlds and stories that unfold before you and, of course, just the fact that it's hanging out with some friends making bad Monty Python references and puns that drag-on. (Get it? Dragon? Eh? Never mind, moving on...)
I always watch a lot of cartoons and anime. Some favorites include Generator Rex, Ben 10, Clone Wars, RWBY, Avatar and the best cartoon ever made, The Spectacular Spider-Man for cartoons. For anime, I've enjoyed Bleach, X-Men, D-Frag, ReLife, Plastic Memories, Black Cat, Dream Eater Merry, Charlotte, and Usage Drop. This paragraph kinda turned into a list and I apologize. I just got a tad carried away.
To wrap this up (mainly to stop my rambling...), my other hobbies include playing and/or listening to music, Magic: The Gathering, Risk, lots of different video games (lots of odd old ones that have seemingly been ignored by everyone but me), reading, writing, and, of course, drawing.
