My name is Brianna Fish. I'm from Jackson, MI. I have one sister, Kayla, an 85 pound chocolate lab that hates thunderstorms, Kennedy, and two amazing parents, who have influenced me greatly. I went to a tiny high school called Vandercook Lake. I graduated as co-valedictorian. I was involved in as much as I could be: Student Council, Most Teens Don't, Quiz Bowl, National Honor Society, Yearbook, and Bowling among other things.
I started bowling my freshman year. I had an amazing team. My freshman year one of my teammates was the Individual State Champ. My sophomore year, she was Runner Up. Freshman and sophomore year we were State Champs as a team. My junior and senior year we placed fifth as a team at States. My senior year, I was the Individual State Champ. Below, I have a picture with my coaches and then with my family after I won. I'm going to continue my bowling career here at Huntington. I hope to accomplish more great things with an amazing team. It should be lots of fun!
I do a little bit of art on the side. I took pottery all four years of high school and enjoyed it immensely. I tend to paint with acrylics more than anything now though. I got my artsy ways from dad, he's a professional tattoo artist and body piercer.
I'm double majoring in Social Work and Psychology. That side of me came from my mom, she works with adults who are developmentally disabled. My aunt is also developmentally disabled, growing up with her has been a positive influence on my life and has impacted me greatly. I can't wait to start doing what I love. Huntington is the perfect place for me!
