Feather Tale Quiz #2

Feather Tale was about a woman who seems to be in rough place. The short film shows that she longs or searches for love and in the process, she gets taken advantage of and is only used sort of as an object and as a means to please this man. The way film further expressed how the woman was being objectified was when she took the form of a chicken. To me, I thought when the feathers were being plucked, it was a metaphor for the way woman are exploited and used. It ties into the readings because the articles for Women of Animation talks about women having their own voice. While talking about the education of nursery for women, she also talked about and expressed feminism throught her animations.
