We all know what has happened in this country the last couple of months that just ended yesterday. Some are happy. Some are upset. I voted for who I thought would do this country well without publicly bashing on either candidate or our country. I thought about what I really wanted and affirmed my choice in my head that I thought was correct. After, I sat and prayed to our Lord over all and asked that he have the winner be the one that He wants, not what I wanted. Whoever would have won, I may have been upset, but I told myself I would be content because I trust in my God that He has a plan for America. As election season has come to an end, we need to remember who our real leader is and that He has a plan. Stop fighting with each other and love one another like He wants us too. All I have to say is that new days will come. The world won't come to an end. The pictures I included below show that we need to rely on God for all of our problems and let His plans be executed. We should never think that our president is our God... because we already have one. That is all.
I found this verse to relate very well to the past couple weeks and especially as the polls were coming to a close.
Proverbs 3:5-6 says,
"Trust in the Lord with all your heart
and lean not on your own understanding;
in all your ways submit to him,
and he will make your paths straight."
